Prices: All prices shown include VAT and are correct at time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may need to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of VAT.
Ordering: You may place an order -
• Online at website – visit www.familysafeplus-shop.co.uk/ using a debit or credit card. Your card will be charged for the full value of your order on authorisation.
• By telephone – call 01342 718 679 (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30)
• By post – send cheque or postal order, payable to Community Alerts Ltd, along with a completed order form or detailed covering letter, to:

The right to refuse or restrict any order is reserved.
All stock is subject to availability.
Post & Packing: Charged per order. For UK deliveries
- £1.95 for orders up to £20.00
- £3.80 for orders over £20 to £40
- £7.50 for orders over £40 to £100
- £14.00 for orders over £100 (by courier)
Delivery: We aim to dispatch goods the following working day after receipt of order. Standard Delivery is by Royal Mail (2nd Class).
On rare occasions there may be delays so please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
If items are needed urgently or for a particular deadline, please add this as a comment when submitting your order, contact us or call 01342 718 679 (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30)
Refund Policy: 28 day no quibble guarantee. In line with our aim of 100% customer satisfaction, we operate a ''no quibble'' guarantee policy. If you are unhappy with any item we send, you can return it unused and in a saleable condition, at your cost, within 28 days of receipt, for exchange or refund, to:

A full refund will be given, or item exchanged, on receipt of the goods.
Community Alerts Ltd will not be held liable for the loss of any returned items/parcels. We recommend that you obtain Proof of Posting and take out adequate parcel insurance to cover against consequential loss.
If you have requested exchange items, no further postage will be charged on your exchanged goods. Please note that Community Alerts Ltd do not offer a free returns service.
If you paid by credit or debit card, any refund will be paid directly back into your account used in the original transaction.
If you paid by cheque or postal order, you will be refunded by cheque.
